To be honest it looks like a bunch of random cards, some good some bad, jumbled together. Despite that the decks monster to spell/trap ratio looks alright and at least there's a full extra. If you're looking to improve the deck it would be best to focus on a deck type then ask for suggestions, do research and make it optimal through trial and error.

To start you should fit in Dark Hole, another Mystical Space Typhoon and Solemn Warnings.

The Solemn pair/trio can be unnecessary or even detrimental depending on what kind of deck you play. The faster aggro decks such as Mermail/Chaos Dragons opt to use a minimal amount of traps, if any. I've noticed that a lot of decks in the OCG have abandoned the solemn trio for either just judgment or judgment and 1 warning.

Your deck seems like it's chaos-oriented as a whole with little to no synergy between most of the cards. I'd suggest going the Chaos Stun route by using TKRO, Doomcali, Veilers, Trag/Gorz, maybe Spirit Reaper, etc... or go with Plant Synchro. Both are pretty prominent. You can find examples on what their builds look like pretty much anywhere. I personally recommend pojo as they have the most extensive guides on almost every viable deck there is I've seen to date. With honesty in mind i can't see what the idea behind this deck is, just seems like a mash up of tech cards from unrelated decks put together. Might want to think up a deck skeleton before you go throwing techs in

not sure what is this deck about , but i am 100% sure this deck is a group of randome cards put togther

its like making a sandwich...ur aiming what u want...in real life terms
its making a deck...ur aiming how u want to win in ygo terms
so lets say..ill add dust,cigarette ashes,tartar sauce and dogs poo on my sandwich
then itll be like they said its a random things thrown together

so try focusing what condition u wanna win by(beatdown,stall then win,exodia etc etc)

plus wanghu wont do good with junk synchrons and those eaters lol
