eh you guys sound like you're stuck on YO3 teams where it was mostly a social group. Here, teams are for competition. If they can't duel, then they need to take a "break". You can always remove them, get a new person, then bring them back later.

They are taking a break ? u guys are the ones forcing 2-3 wars on us

I'm sorry but its our team and as such we will conduct ourselves as we see fit, Which might sound arrogant but there is no such rule that lists how a team has to be conducted competitively, and yes we are very much a social team if not a family but we do war and have been competitive when we want to.

I'm not trying to tell you how to run your team, but I'm telling you how CEA war section defines teams. There is a reason teams are under the war section, and not just a random section on their own. Their first priority is warring...everything else comes second.

You guys can call it a family if you want, but if that's true, it shouldn't matter if you cut someone temporarily since they'll still be in contact with you outside of the forum. If they're inactive, they aren't going to be social either

Like I said, you can always cut someone off the ACTIVE ROSTER temporarily, then bring them back later when they're active. Cutting them from the roster doesnt' mean you're cutting them from your "family". But the roster as a whole needs to stay active in order to fulfill its main purpose.

I get what your saying Nichi , but your implying that we dont war at all . Our team is always in atleast 1 war despite anything . So yeah we do take warring seriously .

And no , our members are not replaceable . If they have lives to lead then so be it . We arent just gonna throw them away even if its for a " short period of time " . We just wont .

Despite what cea defines a team as , Note that we may war whenever we feel like it . like Lightning said , there are no rules on it .

If we were to complain about anything it would be because you guys are trying to change how we conduct our team, So shadow think before you post because we didn't ask to have your opinion of our team we just want to do as we please while adhering to the rules of this site,We have not broken any rules ,we have heard your opinion and we have responded ,So enough of this.

It's true you're not technically breaking any rules, but every rule/process was established to ensure that we have *active* teams. Why would we care about confirming team members if we didn't care about activity? IDC how you run your team, but it needs to be active.

Just let us know when you're ready to war.
