Why is the picture in the YGO.rar?

the decks file's should be located in the Folder > Decks > "decks.ydk"

I dont think i understand your problem.

you're trying to delete decks but you cant find the .ydk's to delete?

If thats the case, simply just click start > search > .ydk

That should work, if they exist on your computer than they'll show up. Considering almost no other files on your PC will be a .ydk

I just tried that. I got nothing. My computer says "No results found." So I'm not exactly sure where to look for the decks.

if there are no .ydk's found on your PC then there literally are no decks saved to the actual game. When you log on, do you see decks that you can select?

Yeah, the confusing part. I have a good 5-10 decks on there.

Err... okay, are you using some kind of external hard drive or thumb drive by chance to store the .exe? or the whole rar file?

No, nothing. I'm on a regular desktop. It's always been this way when ever I downloaded PRO. I've had it quite a few times and every time, same thing.

you downloaded it and extracted the whole file to desktop? or did you try otherwise? and if you remove the game and redownload it, it should delete all the ghost.ydk's that are apparently there?

Redownload it and don't move the Deck folder, keep it in the New Era folder with all the others?

I downloaded the whole file to my desktop, opened it with Winrar, and "pinned" it to my toolbar. But I've tried deleting it then downloading it again. It don't work for me. It sucks honestly.

wow.. i really am not too sure what to tell you :/, does it do the same thing when you run basic instead of pro?

Um, I haven't tried it on basic. But wouldn't the decks still not be there since they're being opened from the same thing.

Yeah, just pretty much trying anything that comes to mind.

I'm literally stumped. The only way you could still have decks after searching .ydk's on your PC would be like.. the deck's mirror cache data was some how stored in the program?..

never heard of this happening with this program, especially with this level of unprofessionalism.

Maybe you can give us a screen shot of the game folders and their contents from your windows explorer; then we can possibly give some more advice.
