Almost every card you mentioned is not such a threat to the current game is almost imposible of being hit , but I'll give a try to this non-sence .

It's not his attack that bothers me, it's the fact that he can be summoned over and over and over. Plus when targeted by monster eff, you/opp discard a card. Good against anything but DW decks.

4. If swap frog got banned
Frog-Narchs, Frog-Gods aren't a problem. Why ban him?

5. If Rescue rabbit got banned
My photons would die. Seriously, I run Rabbit in Photons.

6. If fire kings hight avatar garunix got banned
Eh, him and that pheonix can both get banned for all I care.
