I lost to Light.. 2 - 1

Yet I have an objection about the outcome of this first war match in overall and I request from you Nichigo

to sort things out please, so I will say what happened:

We started with Light a first match for the war and after a few rounds the game showed he surrendered (at least that's what it showed).

I hosted another match and it happened exactly the same. The game showed he surrendered while Light kept insisting that he didn't...

(i considered he DC'd). I saved both first replays and after watching them carefully I saw that his hands were not that good so suspicions

started to exist. The most weird thing is that the 2nd time that-according to Light- the game crashed and cards have

been played, he was saying that he could see my time meter running while my game window was closed!

While he insisted on that, I asked for proof - that is a screenshot of him waiting me to play...and I repeat my

game window was closed...- multiple times (more than 4 i think, Liyana was present and can confirm this)

The answers i got were: wait...i'm trying...i am still waiting for you to play your meter is running out...and sometimes

not responding and went afk. In the end Light said it was no big deal that he hadn't proof of him waiting (my window

game was closed) while he argued about it at first place!! After that Light said: You can have the win meh just

post the replays...

So here comes the big question:

While Light avoided to provide proof of his sayings how could he so easily just offer me the win if his games

had really crashed or he didn't disconnect/surrender on purpose???

I may be wrong but these are facts Nichigo and I am not sure what has really happened so I leave it to you to decide,I will post all

5 duels here (the first 2 duels that didn't count) and the match which I lost 2 - 1. So that's 5 duels in total

DISPUTE RESOLUTION

After review, I have decided that the record for Shuffle's and Light's match shall remain 2-1 in Light's favor.

I have experienced every type of disconnect that Light described, so there is no suspicion there for me. The match was FULLY replayed with no disconnects, so there is no reason to replay the whole thing again. The only issue was replaying game 1, and that was handled correctly. i don't know what your guys' experience with disconnects is, but we've had these issues every war we've been in. Automatically becoming suspicious of a person's disconnect is not going to help out.

Also, Lights hands were not as bad as was being portrayed. I have played psychics and wouldn't have considered those hands worth disconnecting over.

THAT SAID: If there are ever any issues like this in the future, make sure BOTH sides do their due diligence in collecting as much evidence as they need. If you freeze, and can't get a replay, take a screenshot.

This decision is final and not up for debate. If anyone wants to have a "discussion" about it, please do so through PM or I can be reached on MSN.
