Well, I'm not any good with Neos decks, just used to play with it some times for fun, but... are you really sure about this Divine Neos? The Summoning conditions looks crazy, with future fusion being banned I don't think it will be something that you can bring out easyly, also running a extra with 15 fusions and no XYZ at all nowdays is kinda crazy, also you may think about siding different things because well... it ins't exactly what you normally should side xD, I mean, the goal is to counter ins't it? However, about the maindeck I really don't know, I'm not good at all with neos, but at least Dark Hole on the Main or in the Side would be good I guess, I didn't had my field aways full while using neos, so it was aways usefull, even tough I found that Dark hole is not a MUST USE card as people say it is.

i personally think u should take out all bubbleman 1 mst and 1 alius to add more neospacians for the neos fusions. A neospace deck is by no means a fast deck it takes time to develop for the neos fusions so its good u have those other fusions as backup. I think you should side the extra shining and take out the terra firma cause u dnt even have the summoning conditions in your deck

you need to take out all vision heroes coz you dont have any means to summon them anyway

First things first Pot of Avarice? i wont usually recomend or use That Sense all ur Heros r going to return
to ur deck
and Second whats with Neos Force that card is Just...wrong and Bleh..hero Blast and hero signal?
Bubbleman? try and remove Those and add Like..another warning and im surprised u dont run Solemn Judgment O_o, Oh and try to Shrink ur deck to 40 while Fixing it
and as for what dubina said He's right..u Cant Summon those Visions without a Poly or something
adding more Miracle contact would be Cool
