The due date to submit your deck is 20/2/13: Screenshot
Decks are to be submitted to me via PM along with a basic explanation of how the deck relates to the theme.
Voting will start on the 21st and end on the 27th.

Due to the number of votes the value of each of the judge's vote has been lowered to 5. Therefore the top 3 of round 1 are: (note that the judge's weren't allowed to vote for their own deck submissions and all voting has been done without revealing any names).

does the submit decks should have a side or not needed ?
and can we explain how it work by sending a replay ?
and can we ask opinion from judges before submiting a deck ?

I doubt you need a side....since it doesn't say there and also these decks are being judged on how the main deck itself is made, not by how well the side is made as well.

You can send a replay, but if you think about; if everyone who entered sent a replay it would be very tedious and long for the judges and also if you read at the top it says nothing about replays only about wriitng a basic explanation on how the deck works.

And really lol....? answer the third question yourself, shouldn't be too hard.....
