You can send a replay, but if you think about; if everyone who entered sent a replay it would be very tedious and long for the judges and also if you read at the top it says nothing about replays only about wriitng a basic explanation on how the deck works.
And really lol....? answer the third question yourself, shouldn't be too hard..... |
