First topic message reminder :

Hello, Battle City participants! I am now officially announcing that Battle City has BEGUN! Wingflame has approved all the decks, and I have been notified by Wingflame that it starts now! I have been instructed by Wingflame to make this post, the remainder of the tournament shall be updated and held by Wingflame!
Prepare yourselves, duelists; because this isn't just going to be any regular tournament, this is going to be THE tournament!


The rules are as follows, and READ ALL OF THEM. They are VITAL.

1) Duels will be Singles using the OCG/TCG format with the most recent banlist.
2) If a player wins, he/she gets to pick one card from their opponent and use it.
3) When a player wins a duel, he/she must post the replay and beside it write the card your picking from your opponent, and how many star chips you now have. For example; "www.myreplayshere.com, I have beat Wingflame, and I am taking his Monster Reborn. I now hold 4 Star Chips." The opponent must confirm and also state how many star chips they have.
4) If you reach 0 star chips, you are ELIMINATED from the tournament and can no longer participate.

Now, there is the BASIC rules out of the way. Read on for the rules regarding the DUELS during Battle City.

Battle Rules:
1) When you start off, you have 2 Star Chips. When you do an official Battle City duel, you and the opponent wager a number of the Star Chips for the Duel. Both players must wager the same amount of Star Chips in the duel. The winner of the duel will take opponents Star Chips that they wagered. As I said earlier, if you reach 0 star chips, you are ELIMINATED from the tournament and can no longer participate.
2) In your deck, originally, you can only have 3 limited and 4 semi limited cards in total. However, this does not mean you can't pick a limited or semi limited cards from uyour opponent as long as you replace it with your existing limited/semi limted. For example- if you have Sangan , Monster reborn and Dark Hole, you can pick a limited card from your opponent and add it to your deck by replace one of those 3 limited cards. Same for semi limited but inform me along with the replays below.

Tag Dueling is Allowed:
You can partner up with a rival for a tag duel vs 2 other player. It is not necessary to stick with only one tag partner for the whole tournament, you can change if you like.
Tag Duel Rules: As a team the max you can bet is 4 star chips. Both teams must bet the same amount and the teammates should bet equally. The winning team gets all the of the wagered star chips, and the star chips get divided evenly between the winning Team. In tag duels, both players of the winning team choose a card they want from either of the players.

For example;
Team A vs Team B.
Both members of Team A wager 2 Star Chips each, and Team B do the same. This makes the total bet 4 star chips. The winning team obtains 4 Star Chips, and each player chooses a card they want from either of the two players.

IF A PERSON CHALLENGES YOU IN BATTLE CITY, YOU MUST ACCEPT, UNLESS THERE ARE PERSONAL ISSUES OR PRIVATE THINGS THAT YOU NEED TO DEAL WITH.

Ok we're going to push this event forward as many people want to see the final result. So all those with 1 star chip currently are eliminated and given to the remaining 2 participants. This puts Charko at 4 star chips, and Salik at 4 star chips.

There will be a sudden death between the 2, winner takes all star chips, thus giving us our fourth finalist!

Ok so i sent a PM to salik and he responded that he didn't have a Battle City deck atm and that he forfeit.

i want that confirmation from Salik himself!

I've got some news... i don't have my updated umbra deck.... I have the umbra deck i used when battle city just began since i put it into a special deck archive folder. The newest deck must have been deleted when i have had to uninstall the game because of errors etc. wich means that my deck is lacking those cards that i have won during battle city :/

Well, you had to state every card you've won in this thread, didn't you? You should be able to go back and recheck what cards you have to remake the deck with.

thing is this thread is kinda like a remake since NEDA got destroyed, i haven't played any duels for battle city when i have been on CEA

EDIT: Actually i had played 2, lost 1 and the other 1 was win and i took magic jammer but that isnt really something great anyways so...

EDIT AGAIN....: Ok so i found out that i still had replays from all duels so i should be able to put together the deck again.
