After discussion, as a method to boost the number of teams and, hopefully, competition, we have decided to reduce the team size limit to 6. Doing so will hopefully result in more, evenly-balanced teams than the current 2-team domination we are currently experiencing. To accommodate the reduced team size, the maximum hearts allowed in a war will be 8.

Teams will have until May 1 to reduce their rosters to the new limit. If teams aren't reduced to that size, people will be removed from the teams by me in order of join date until the team size is achieved. Last to join will be first to be removed.

War Book has been updated to reflect these changes.

Just an addition: players who leave or are kicked from their teams due to the new limit are free to join any team immediately. Team Creation has no time limit to begin with so everyone is free to form a new team as soon as they no longer have one.

Another note: Teams are free to war each other even if they still have 7 or more players. The May 1st deadline only applies to the number of players you can have; you are free to war as many times as you'd like.
