You must use at least 9 Spirit Monsters in your main deck.
You are allowed up  to 3 different non-spirit monsters in your main deck (1-3 of each).
You are allowed an additional 1 non-spirit monster in your side deck (1-3 of).
Your Extra Deck can be anything.

You ARE NOT allowed to use any Dragon Rulers (Elementals, Suppressors).
You ARE NOT allowed to use any Frog Monsters.
You ARE NOT allowed to use any of the following cards...
Hieratic Dragon of Tefnuit
Spellbook of Judgment
Spring of Rebirth

No Exodia or Burn decks are allowed.
