Match Notes:Interesting deck. Whilst I can see it’s geared towards summoning level 8 Synchros and the occasional Red Nova, I think that it would benefit from more and better anti S/T cards to help you push forward and make those plays. Scarlet Security is nice but if I use my face-down Bottomless on Red Dragon, then Scarlet is a dead card. Mystical Space Typhoon and/or Trap Stun would be ideal and I think they could be added over B.E.S. Crystal Core MK-2 and an Assault Teleport. With only 2 targets for Assault Teleport and 2 copies of said card, you’re bound to draw it dead sometimes. Since you’re using Diva and Krebons with E-Tele you could add Gachi Gantetsu to the Extra since it’s a pretty good stall card. I’m assuming you didn’t side deck because your deck was the same during game 1 and 2.
Game 1 – Props for getting out Red Nova despite Veiler blocking Diva. You made no misplays and I was lucky to draw Reborn when I did.
Game 2 – You knew I was capable of summoning Fortress and Tragoedia and therefore responded with Crimson Blader, which impressed me. You set Krebons when you could have used it to stall and were lucky that I flipped it with Photon Papillo. You attacked Fortress and destroyed it, causing your only monster to be destroyed. Afterwards you admitted not reading Fortress’ effect. That’s something you don’t want to do in the future.

Single Notes:The first thing I noticed about this deck was the lack of Dark Hole. Your Extra needs more Gaia Dragon Thunder Charger. Like your previous deck, this one lacks the proper spell and trap removal to make consistently big plays. 1 Heavy Storm and one 1 Night Beam are not sufficient. The deck needs more Su, less random dark dragons and no BLS.
You took advantage of my misplay and got around Rai-Oh, which was good. You did what you could with your cards but the lack of spell and trap removal severely hurt your attempts to make big plays, leaving you at a card disadvantage.

I hope you heed my advice in time for your next test. If you had more efficient spell and trap removal, you could make Ra. For now you'll be staying in
Slifer.
