The New BLS?!

Ok so as some of us have seen a new BLS has been released, Black Luster Soldier - Envoy of the Twilight.

So what does this do and how is it summoned?

I have always been a big fan of BLS and chaos monsters/decks in general (except chaos dragons lol, never liked those), so I tried to incorporate this new BLS into a deck focused on dropping it as fast as possible consistently and this is what i came up with...

I tried to make sure that the grave count for lights and darks was controlled as much as possible as you need an even amount to summon BLS - Envoy of the Twilight. I used the new Gaia cards as they easily dump both atrributes. I also tech'd 1 warrior returning alive for lolz, I mean who wouldn't want to add a BLS back to hand LOL (ask Zacky what i did to him in our duel xD). The build I have made however does not recover well unless u top deck a chaos monster lol and has no draw search power as u can see... So yeah this is just a sacky build where either you win really fast due to a god-like hand or you just lose to traps or a completely sh*t hand xD

So whats you're opinion on the monster? What deck would you incorporate it into? All feedback is welcome! =)

ill have my opinion posted tommorow but as it stands i believe chaos agents and almir believes t.g agents would run this new card more effectivly

I find it a bad card. It's summoning condition is way too situational because it's hard to keep control over your graveyard when playing Chaos. Also, its effect is just a one timer and that just sucks. The ONLY positive part of this card that I can see is that said effect has priority.

As for a deck that can run this... Maybe Chaos zombies. Maybe.

The new BLS is ehh, not too exciting in all honesty. Was expecting a better effect. Hopefully they don't ban BLS Envoy in Sept.

Such a ridiculous summoning requirement. It seems in fear of making it broken like it's counterpart, they watered down it's effect so much that I don't feel it's worth the trouble.

It's a pity though, I'm a huge fan of Black Luster, and Chaos is one of the things that got me into the game to begin with. They could have given it a summon requirement of banishing 2 Light and 2 Dark monsters from your grave at least for a once off effect like this.

Also, the artwork is freaking stunning, but that background just ruins it >.<
It looks like a Wind-Up monster background damnit!

The new bls felt very underwhelming imo summoning condition is hard to pull off for a effect that is not worth it in alot of scenarios

I think this new BLS is underrated, not performing to its expectations.

I have no idea what deck could run this and benefit out of it.

Even Chaos Sworn. 100% Chaos Decks have trouble controlling exact numbers of monster types in their grave. Even with Reincarnation and such.

Card is gimmicky, but hey the Artwork is something to die for.
