First off I guess happy new year all first post of 2016!

And now Konami news

Konami Digital Entertainment B.V. has announced it will release key new Yu-Gi-Oh! titles across a number of formats in 2016, allowing an even wider audience to enjoy the series, which is already popular worldwide as a card game and range of console titles.

In readiness of this milestone year, KONAMI is engaged in a number of initiatives to bring the fun of the Yu-Gi-Oh! series to an ever larger range of devices. In Spring, a new mobile game Yu-Gi-Oh! Duel Links will be released, followed by a new game for the Nintendo 3DS platform in the summer. KONAMI will also release a new online game for consoles and PCs in the winter while the popular console game Yu-Gi-Oh! Legacy of the Duelist and mobile game Yu-Gi-Oh! Duel Generation will both receive receive major updates.

The Yu-Gi-Oh! series is based on both the manga Yu-Gi-Oh! KONAMI released the first console game in 1998, and the series, including the trading card game, is still enjoyed by countless customers worldwide. KONAMI will continue to develop and distribute a wide range of Yu-Gi-Oh! content to deliver the fun and excitement of the series to customers around the globe.

I've heard about this a while back. I hope they'll make it a Yu-Gi-Oh Online 2 format, but doubt that's going to happen. Anyways, hopefully this will be entertaining, and get me back in to dueling.

Well its possible. But one can hope they do, do it properly this time better than the last mess that was YO3 they never finished that. If they do make a proper game we should get a beta version around November so I guess its a wait and see.

Well I have to say I never attempted the last one due to the fact it need you to shut down so many browser functions any thing could of infected your PC.

Problem I have with the Ygopro/DN versions are that they take something from the experience of a trading card game when you have all the cards, I miss that collecting and building a deck on the cards I have , its so much more satisfying when you win.

I also preferred the YO2 version of the game better and would like to see a managed trade system put in where you don't have to rely on the honesty of others.

I hope they go back to more fun type format that's playable by all age groups if you listen to the players Konami you might make a successful game!
