I was hoping that someone could help me with my deck. i want to make this deck better, but i don't know where to start. any and all help is appreciated.

Okay so, first of all only run 0-1 chaos-end master as you only have 3 fodders for it. Also run a gigastone omega in the main as it can be special summoned so fast; helps to summon quilla/inti. Keep one in the side too though. Also run 2-3 trickys because they are incredibly useful for synchro summoning. As for the staples: they need fixing. A lot! Here are the spells and traps I use in my Inca deck:

Spells:
2x Mystical Space Typhoon
2x Smashing Ground
1x Pot of Avarice
1x Monster Reborn
1x Dark Hole
1x Heavy Storm
1x Book of Moon

Traps:
3x Limit Reverse
2x Compulsory Evacuation Device
1x Dimensional Prison
1x Torrential Tribute
1x Mirror Force

ok i edited my deck. please tell me if there is anyother way to make my deck more consistant.

Well, I'm not sure how you're planning on running a BLS when you only have 2 dark fodders so if I were you, I'd scrap that. Then add in 1-2 Ghost Ship because as a level 5 it can be used well for quilla/inti. And if you want to make your deck more consistent, try running nimble momonga or reborn tengu. Then you can run a birdman with them to get out more synchros. Aswell as all this, you could try and add 1 Kurogane for special summoning power and it can be used with supay to bring out oracle. Also, try to only use 2 giant rats because running 3 gets to cloggy and can be dead if you draw supay and ascator in the same hand. And finally, if you can fit it, put in a Foolish Burial because it provides great availability for many cards. That's pretty much all I have to say though, Hope I helped!
