Pretty trollish deck I have seen its potential to becomee tier 1,5+

Too much stall I can't even handle once.

To answer your question about ghostricks being next tier 1. I have to say no at the moment. It really depends how hard they hit the current meta. Its safe to say verz will be tier 2 next season and mermails are like tier 1.5 along with fire fists. So if they hit spellooks and dragon rulers as hard as they should I have no doubt this will be tier 1 next season. Though as i restate it depends on how hard they hit the meta.
