If there's enough sign ups to make up 32 participants for this Roulette then we'll do it. But if there aren't enough members when registration time end then all those who signed up will be cut off. We'll do another Roulette with the same theme sometime if that happens.

Yeah if you're facing him just duel him then send it after. Didn't specify in the post but that's usually how it works.

Upon entering the tournament I didn't know of any in real life issues that were going to arise and had every intention of participating however over the last few days I have had in real life private issues I have had to deal with and as such have not had time to make a deck to use so I have surrendered to Amelia. Sabb has already made it pretty clear that I will not be allowed in future Deck Roulette's. Just thought I'd atleast put my reasoning for 'dropping' from the tournament and to show that I haven't, as Sabb said, "joined the tournament just to drop out."
