Ok so I've done some playing around but I honestly don't know a whole lot about the machine support so this is what i got from a small amount of research but I would greatly appreciate some help as I think this is gonna be a really good deck to play.

X1 Solar Wind Jammer (only run 1 cause you can only have 1 on the field)
X3 Cyber Dragon Drei (awesome card love it wish zwei was more like him)
X2 Hyper Synchron ( rank 4's and level 8 synchro's easy)
X3 Cyber Dragon Zwei (annoyingly isn't treated as a cyber dragon on the field DX)
X1 Honest (it's light what more do you want -_-)
X3 Cyber Dragon Core (awesome card works with Drei and searches out your plant and network)

X3 Cyber Repair Plant (searches and refills deck key card searched by Core)
X1 Instant Fusion (cybersaurus is the target)
X2 Transmodify (with so many level 4's why not easy to get cyber dragon out)
X1 Power Bond (you can otk with this if you're in the right position)
X1 Dark Hole
X2 Reasoning (not so sure but it's worked out well so far no one expects it)
X2 Machine Duplication (ok so you summon a CD Core you search out either your plant or circuit then you use this and you can special 2 cyber dragon's from the deck due to it being treated as one on the field great huh?)
X1 Foolish Burial (ditch a cyber dragon to reborn with Nova or Core for his effect)
X1 Limiter Removal (it can really help out of a tight spot sometimes)
X1 D.D.R.-Diffirent Dimension reincarnation (lot of banish's works)

X1 Mirror force (i still only run one i can't bring myself to run 2)

Please note I'm not certain if these are the actual name's of the new cyber dragon card's it's just what they are called in the program i'm using hopefully it's the same for all

some card you might want to consider

- cyber eltanin searchable with repair plant and great to get rid all monsters in opp field lol
- cyber valley for stall and draw
- malevolent catastrope destroy opp backrows along with your cyber network lol

also magic planter (forgot about this great card lol), sent your cyber network to the grave to  draw 2 cards while swarming at same time lol, well just be careful when use it since you cant att in the turn cyber network sent to the grave.

Overload Fusion for a Chimeratech Overdragon the effect you want:  Send all other cards you control to the Graveyard. = Cyber Network send to grave  the big monster is a plus

What about mystical space typhoon and burial from different dimension, and return from different dimension is FORBIDDEN!!!!
