So before criticizing I want you to have an open mind. I got allot of techs here and they are not all that bad as they seem. Some remarks I want to say-
This is not an OTK deck. I want to keep it control based and not run horrible stuff like Instant Fusion that clogs my extra deck and such.
I think the side deck needs some work. This is for an IRL tourney next week and I am expecting general meta stuff like fire fist\ geargia\ mermails but I am not sure what to side against each, so I need help here.
I run upstart and no duality becasue I like it better that way. it might not be an OTK-centric deck but Duality gives speed without slowing me down if I need to use Hootcake for example or go for other plays instantly.

TKRO in a deck that uses searching as its main engine is pretty bad, lol. Would only work on turn 1 I guess, but I'd put in 3 PoD if you really want to keep it. Puddingcess without Madolche Nights is weird, Baaple instead of a third Mewfeuille is weird and Scrap-Iron Scarecrow is also weird (why not mirror force?). Torrential Tribute goes against what you want to achieve too; you have enough monsters to drop to grave for Hootcake anyway.

What I'd do:

-1 Puddingcess
-1 Baaple
-2 Upstart Goblin
-1 Torrential Tribute
-1 Scrap-Iron Scarecrow

+1 Messengelato
+1 Mewfeuille
+2 Pot of Duality (or even make a spot for a 3rd. Maybe -1 Kycoo)
+2 Mirror Force
