The last film I went to see in the cinema was Skyfall. Best Bond film since Goldeneye imo. Looking forward to Django Unchained...

life of Pi that move is eye candy at best i was so amazed

most recent movie i watched was Cloud Atlas.

Don't be misguided by the trailer. They did a very poor job at intertwining all these different peoples lives into one final moral achievement, which i expected, as opposed to the books of course. They also made this movie entireeeeely too long, it was 3 sum hours of them trying to smash all this nonsense together.

But hey, thats just me!

Seems to have good reviews. Speaking of movie trailers, am I the only one who thinks that they're generally too revealing these days? I remember watching a trailer to something "mainstream" not so long ago and it practically told me the whole plot. I can't remember the name of the film for the life of me.

I rewatched the Grudge 1-3, old but still a movie thats scarier than most today.

A popular movie uh, Taken, the second one just came out recently aswell. But Taken was one of the movies that when i saw the trailer i was like.. okay.. so are you making the second one now? orrrrrr gonna show me this movie again but in 2 and a half hours.

Haha, I'm pretty sure Taken is the one! And how can there even be a second one? Does his daughter get kidnapped AGAIN? This guy is supposed to be former CIA!

Ah yes, I watched Hobbit. A lot of people went in expecting a Lord of the Rings-esque movie and so didn't appreciate it for what it is.

I'm not impressed by the trailer to be honest. Then again i never liked the main actor, Bruce Willis,

I actually didn't enjoy Skyfall at all, and I'm a Bond enthusiast.

The Hobbit I think I did expect too much. But what really dampened it for me is a few silly scenes where I literally facepalmed. But as a movie in general it was good.

Been watching some old school and remade horrors lately which are either laughable or you can't help but make comments. I live off others fear so there's that too ^_^

Some films I enjoyed lately... Total Recall (great remake), Chronicle (say what you want, I enjoyed it), Fright Night (accomplished being just a kick ass film and not taking itself too seriously), Transformers 3, The Avengers (obvious).

Some films that really sucked lately... Underworld 4 (first 3 were cool, this was just horrible), Ghost Rider 2 (omg please hire someone other than Cage, because he's a retard and ruined Ghost Rider).

Viewed The Hobbit last wednesday. I did have a bit of the LOTR vibe but not too much. The dwarfs didn't look like the dwarfs in LOTR at all, stuff like that. It's also not going to be as exciting since there is no war so I did not expect that either. I loved the hints to it though, and the LOTR extended version hints back to The Hobbit too. The soundtracks and cinematography were - again - amazing. Acting was well done too though at some points kinda dodgy. All in all still a really good film, but I did expect a bit more.
