There the same it's just a preference of name, they both have "leader" in the name..if a co/sub leader can't confirm accepting a war I think nichigo should change the rules

well i organised and carried out the last war, sorted it out with the other team and nichigo didnt seem to mind so i dont see what the problem is and im sub-leader, so any member with ''leader'' status can sort it out

Look if u make the post or i make the post with the members on it.. and the other team confirms roster.. nichigo will move it to the warzone thats all u have to do... as long as u can sort your team out its cool, nichigo wont say anything.. u dont have to get his permission to war...
