Alrighty then. Hello Unique . So for your first attempt at blackwings its not too bad. But it could use some work as well. I'm assuming you want to keep them as pure blackwings with some vayu abuse but not turbo and so here are my fixes for your main deck.
-1 Backlash bad card is bad
-1 call of the haunted you have blizzard for that
-foolish burial not vayu turbo
-avarice you like bw in grave
-2 eruption nice tech but you dont need it
-1 plague not good in pure BW
-1 sangan not needed
-1 armageddon night not vayu turbo

(personal preference)
-1 mst you have 3 icarus. you can side more mst's if you need them but icarus will do its job

(if not needing vayu abuse, additional outs)
-1 sirocco
-1 vayu


additions:
+1 zephyros staple
+2 duality consistency is your friend
+1 bottomless good card
+1 prison good card
+1 icarus attack its pure blackwings so staple
+2 solemn warning staple
+1 solemn Judgment staple

(personal preference)
+1 The dark Creator. this is pure BW so he can make your boss dark armed more
consistent to get out and he can abuse your dark synchros like armor master.

(if not needing vayu abuse, additional ins)
+2 forbidden lance
