Junk destroyer timing is not accurate.. players shouldn't be able to starlight road it because you cannot determine how many monsters that junk destroyer has tribute but the game allows it to be starlight road. the game needs some updates.

From what I read it can activate SLR.

Junk Destroyer targets X number of cards on the field, where X is up to the number of non-tuners, chosen by the effect's controller. You know exactly how many cards and which cards will be destroyed, so if it meets the requirements for Starlight Road , it can be activated.

WHen Junk Destoryer targets 2 monsters or cards then you can activate SLR but if it targets one you cant See it doesnt have a DAD effect they arent destoryed one by one They both are destoryed at the same time thus you dont know your ruling
