So just tell me the kind of Deck you want and I'll tell you the price of it
All prices range from 25 to 500 DP.

If you want a Side Deck included, you will be charged a 20% extra. Side Decks will have relevance to the current meta.

I can also do Deck fixes, just send me a picture of your Deck (so NO .ydk files!) and I will tell you how much the fix will cost. The prices of fixes are dependant on the severity that needs to be fixed. The prices range from 100 to 300 DP.

DP will be substracted upon confirming a purchase.

Your side should depend on the deck your using. The challenge you proposed said to work with ANY deck. So your challenge is impossible, as decks run differently. Like Agents=/=Madolche, HERO=/=Infernity, Triple Burn=/=Hopeless Dragon. But regardless EB's side suggestions work well in a voluminous number of decks in a big set of match-ups.

Some of those side options are questionable as far as side options go, but whatever floats your boat. How much for a Vylon Omega turbo deck?

All of EB's card decision can be placed in all decks side, except Soul Drain[DW/Atlantean Deck] and Maxx[D.D Decks.], and a universal side deck is not impossible, due to the fact there are multiple Universal Side-Deck Cards. Even ones that work with D.D Decks. Nuff said. Even Cardcar D-Works in all decks.

Yes, they work in many decks, but the question is, why exactly would you be running them as side deck cards instead of main deck cards? Cardcar D is a prime example of this. You'd rarely want to side it in against a specific deck. It's much better as a maindeck choice if you run a good trap lineup. Same goes for Forbidden/MBaaS. If you're afraid of Trap Heavy/Destruction Heavy decks, Lance should always be mained and Decree/Starlight/Malevolent should be sided instead. Also, some of the choices are not optimal like Dark Core. I don't think banishing is such a big necessity. Either stick with Smashing Ground or Compulsory to bounce away annoying Extra Deck monsters.

In addition to Asianguy, I'd like to emphasize the keyword you used, "All". That's what I'm trying to point out. For instance, Maxx "C" is the last thing you as an infernity player would want to put in their side. Dark Core is a -1 to your self that may be pretty crucial in the outcome of a duel. If you play Arrive Hero, My Body as a Shield won't work, because you often put your life points a high risk, and it'd be unusable/too risky drawing or using it mid-late game. Also, in plenty cases Cardcar D would slow down already fast decks who like their own support, cherish their normal summon and/or rely on heavy special summoning (DarkWorld, Prophecy, Infernity, Synchron, Fabled, CyberDark, etc). The point I'm trying to make is its not "all", they are just usable in "many".

Ok i know the choices would be opinionated, i just tried to pick cards that can be used in a numerous amount of decks as EK asked.
Every card has its + and - and i would expect these cards to help compliment any deck he uses as a + to cards that would obviously be sided depending on what deck hes using.
Common sense would ensure he sided some cards to deck build " Dark-Imprisoning Mirror" if he running a Light deck a prime example.
I know siding specific cards for a specific deck type is essential in any build but hopefully apart from the obvious picks some of these ones would or could be added to take up those spaces being left empty and we all know a unused card space is just a waste of a extra option.

im planning on going bankrupt and start my DP again from less then 100 dp so meh i would like to get a wind up tier 1 deck with side plz which is 600. hope this deck will be awesome thnx

not to rush or anything. take ur time. but just asking how long does it normally take to receive the deck
