i hate meta. i can't stand it. i hate using meta, i hate facign meta, and i hate that every deck now needs to have some meta or anti meta element in just to compete with the decks that everyone uses.
coz of this, i think it would be a good idea for a specific non-meta tourny. maby a regular one.
this means meta or anti meta decks are baned. this includes anything that is, or ever was meta is not allowed, spellbooks, e-dragons, six sams, wind-ups and so on, and only decks with good originality should be allowed.
its just a thought for a bit of fun, instead of having ever tourney dominated by stupid annoying meta

We've done this in the past and i agree with the distaste for meta, but meta is meta for a reason. I believe we'll be having a tournament similar to what you just suggested soon, there will be certain limitations and what not that will bring some elements of OLD meta to the battlefield but, we'll see!

ok awesome. its just the fact that in my opinion, meta has ruind the game now, and it would be good if it could just go away and bring the fun back. let people be more creative in making decks instead of using different virsions of the same deck.

we should make a tourney based entirely on season 1 and 2 decks
