I'm participating in a tourney with the rules that your deck may contain no traps or monsters with more than 2500 ATK. I need to send the deck ASAP so I didn't bother making one from scratch (although this would provide the best deck).

So I looked through my decks. Chaos Dragons had no traps and one of my Hero decks had only 4, but both of these decks depend on high ATK monsters. I had some ideas like Watts but since I don't have a Watt deck I settled with my Wind-Up deck since it didn't have many over 2500 ATK monsters.

(The side is just the cards that aren't allowed, I'm temporarily keeping them there.)
Also note that I replaced all the traps with quick-play spells.

Any help would be great, I need to send this deck soon. Though I'm not sure Wind-Ups is the best option for this, if you've got any better ideas, please say.

P.s. bear in mind that the rule applies for the original attack.

If you can use monsters with more than 2500 attack from the extra there are other decks that can be used such as:

Dragunity (Tempest Version)
Karakuri
Mermails
Spellbook (if up to 2500 is ok)

If monsters from extra can't be above 2500 I would consider using something like Hunders.

not karakuris decato there main synchro monsters over 2500 in that ojamas are good spellbooks, mermails, hieractic(depending on xyz choices), ghostricks, constellars(without prolymethis), knucklers, hunders, maldoche, sams

No monsters can have more than 2500 ATK (including the extra deck).
