Zombies vs. Dragunity Hieratic 2:1 - x-o-x - 5/10 points

Performance: 15/20 points

Duel 1: My Caius removed your tuner - which caused a set back for you; then I believe you might have played the Dark Hole a little too early. You had two traps to slow me down but at the end my back row was enough to stop all your plays. Not sure why you've tried summoning Zephyros at the end - if it would succeed you'd lose on its burn damage.

Duel 2: Here I didn't stand much chance after your Maxx "C" play. I think you could actually win earlier if you brought Scrap Dragon to destroy Pyramid Turtle; but you seemed to be enjoying summoning a bunch of monsters in one turn. lol

Duel 3: You started with a problematic hand; decree and more traps. You did get the stardust on and saved it from caius with the torrential play - but then you had no follow up to my creature swap play.


Deck: 15/20 points

You've used a kind of Hybrid deck with Dragunities and with Tefnuit as the only Hieratic along with the spell that searches it. It works nicely when the combos take-off like in the 2nd duel; sometimes I guess it can get stuck like in the 3rd duel and to some extent in the 1st duel. I think you can try and improve the deck balance in order to get a better flow during the duel.

Match 2

Wind-Up vs. Nordic Beasts 2:1 - o-x-x - 3/10 points

Performance: 14/20 points

Duel 1: This is perhaps the best single duel I've played in a long while. You played nicely under the D-Fissure. The bottomless activation against Decree was a good play to free Gorz; and even though I read the Gorz you top decked the Veiler to get Scrap Dragon for game. Excellent top deck there and nicely done.

Duel 2: I had a very strong start here - maybe if you'd have set the Solemn on your first turn things would have looked differently - as it were you had nothing to stop my big play. The next turn BRD clear the 1st wave but I had a big follow up to ensure the victory.

Duel 3: In this one I had the lance to protect my magician from the book of moon which allowed me to setup a big move. (Though I misclicked on WU rabbit in the BP there) That left you an opening for a comeback, though I had the Maxx "C" to draw off your special summons. I'm not sure why you chose to summon Gagaga Cowboy instead of Utopia in that case - Utopia has a higher attack and a more useful effect for your next turn - as it were I just had to attack over your cowboy for game.


Deck: 15/20

Nice Nordic deck - I think it would be good to add 1 or 2 more Rykos as it helps in clearing out obstacles and obviously has a good Synergy with Hamster. I'm not sure how the 1 LADD is working there for you - you didn't draw it in all 3 duels; you should have enough tribute fodder with this deck to summon it - but maybe replacing it with something else may benefit you more.
