i think that providing an easy way to communicate between the team members is a very good add to this forum and i think a chat window that it's private and only accesable by the team members will be very good idea because pming is very much pain and take alot of time and some players don't have skype and others don't have fb so will be hard to collect them in one chat and msn is just like pming so ithink that the private team chat in very good for the communication here.

There can be an option on the chatbox to switch to your team tab , but it will be hard to get ppl on at the same time . Not to mention it's hard to find members on even when your at war . Also what will you even talk about with them ?

i did, just get them to join Skype..not very hard, what is hard is to add extra chat box's for each team.
If they dont join skype make a group on chatango

type "chatango" on google..sign up..make a group..and they will give you a link to your own chatbox
