Hi guys can someone tell me what the difference between ygopro dawn of a new era and the percy version. Can both be use????

Both launchers CAN and most likely WILL be used by some members more than others, but they are two completely different affiliations.
YGOpro is now updated and maintained by Percival18 as opposed to DNE(dawn of a new era) which is a copy of the source code of an old Percival update that is ran and hosted by TDOANE. They don't affiliate with one another in the slightest.
Both of the formats are accepted here on CEA in regards to wars and BA's. You'll come to find that most players perfer using Percy though.

But the thing is, what makes Percy so good? I've tried it and admit it's nice, but there's not much to do on there. There be no chat, and you can't edit sleeves/background. Although the single player puzzles are nice.

yes u can edit sleeves and background..just manually
and percy is better..WHY?
1:it releases new cards earlier than TDOANE 2:cards are barely bugged
