Please rate fairly and give me any advice to improve this deck. I do have a feeling that something is missing from this deck.

I'd say add in a Guardian of Order. Light, level 8 and can be specialed if you have 2 lights on field. So go Caesar, summon second one, drop Guardian, go neo Galaxy.
