Mon Feb 18, 2013 9:12 pm | I think that an area where all the cards and decks that are banned from tests should be posted in a seperate area. its hard lookinjg at the dorm rules and seeing one list and then it's not updated that often but in it's own area it would have to be constantly updated for any and everyone general knowledge |

The thread with the list is even on the menu, visable from anywhere on the forum, and in it's own quote tags to easily identify. |
