:: INTRODUCTION ::
Hello, dear duelists!
I cordially invite everybody to the:

WORLD CUP 2013

This will be the first tournament that I have organized and it will be held just once a year to determine who the real king of duels is! This event will squeeze out all the talent and skills from every single player. You think you are the best? Well, right here and right now is the place and moment to prove it!

:: HOW IT WORKS ::
You must be in a dorm to enter.
Entries for the event are free.
Insulting players, swearing and saying stuff like «you are lucky» etc. is strictly forbidden and will be punished by point deductions (you just need to provide a screenshot to prove the harassment took place).
If someone is found insulting players several times, this player will be removed from the tournament.


:: HOW IT WORKS ::
We will have a total of 8 groups with a minimum of 4 players in each one, although there is no limit for a maximum amount of players in a group. For example, if we have a total of 80 duelists registered, there will be 10 players in each group.

As I'm the organizer and the leader of PaLaDinS, the current champions of CEA, each one of my teammates (including me) will be the head of one group, so there will be 1 Paladin per group, but all the other players in the group will be determined randomly, this can lead to deadly groups or maybe even very easy ones. Luck will decide your fate here!

Each player will represent their native country! This will give an extra motivation and the level of competition will be higher as everybody will be motivated to lead their countries to absolute glory! That said, it's mandatory that you write a description detailing who you are and which country you will represent. For example:
Player: Mister
Country: Russia

During the group stage, each player will be allowed to register up to 3 decks for the tournament and will send them to the judge, which is, like always, my dear brother NickV! During the course of the entire tournament, each player can switch between the submitted decks whenever he wants...you have also the privilege to make changes in your deck up to 3 times (extra and side, but no changes in main deck), but always need to confirm with the judge after each change.

The points will be distributed in the following manner during the group stage:

Win 2:0 = 6 points
Win 2:1 = 4 points
Lose 1:2 = 2 points
Lose 0:2 = 0 points

The top 2 players in each group will advance to single eliminations, where points will not count anymore, and as a special privilege to the qualifiers, they can submit a 4th deck they could use and tell about this to the judge. During single eliminations the player that wins 2 matches out of 3 advances to the next stage! All the players during the group stage will face each other twice – home and away, and everybody will have 3 days to complete the 2 duels between each other. We will be very strict with the time limits unless something really serious happens. After a round is posted, players will have 3 days to complete their duels. Players should make all the efforts to complete their 2 matches within the given time period. If a player is inactive or did not make the effort to get the match played, that player will get an automatic 2-match loss. This can also be a double loss if both players didn't actively seek to duel. Full match replays are required in order for a result to be validated.

The registration will be open from now till March 23th, on the 25th we will start!

The winner will get a special signature made by me (Mister) with the title "Golden Duelist"

The winner will also receive 600 DP.
The runner up will receive 400 DP.
3rd and 4th place will receive 200 DP each.
