All submissions must be in the form of a ygopro deck file (.ydk) with your name.
Decks are to be submitted to Decato via PM along with a basic explanation of how the deck relates to the theme.
The due date to submit your deck is 27/03/2013.
Voting will start on the 27th and end on the 03/04/2013.
