Episode 1 - The New Mystery Begins
(In an area somewhere)
Mysterious Person 1: Thankyou all for joining. I suggest you all know why you are here.
Mysterious Person 2: Does it have anything to do with Black Shadow?
Mysterious Person 1: In a way.
Mysterious Person 2: Well, what information do you have that we need to know about?
Mysterious Person 1: We, as an alliance, have decided to ignore Black Shadow completely. There is no point in continuing with them now if we are to reach our goal.
Mysterious Person 3: But it is a dead clan, now. Why should we ignore something that is dead?
Mysterious Person 1: Black Shadow was simply a tool we used. Some of our members were in that, if you must know. They have abandoned it and now we must ignore it.
Mysterious Person 3: Fine.
Mysterious Person 2: But what about the incident at the tournament?
Mysterious Person 1: That was not our fault.
Mysterious Person 2: Then who's fault was it?
Sasuke: If I was to take a guess, I would say that someone was possessed.
Mysterious Person 2: Possessed? What do you mean?
Sasuke: Think about it. A normal person would not have such powers; the powers to injure and the powers to devastate on their own with just cards. Then there is the Christophe. His cards were probably not from this world.
Mysterious Person 2: So Christophe's fate was determined?
Sasuke: That is not what I mean, but I would say that he misused what he had.
Mysterious Person 2: Ok, I have no further questions for you on the matter, Sasuke, or anything else. We still have one thing that we need to do.
Mysterious Person 1: What are you suggesting we do?
Mysterious Person 2: Remember our plan?
Mysterious Person 1: Yes, but that is something that should not be mentioned yet. We still haven't forgotten the plan but the time isn't right.
(Someone comes into the room)
Mysterious Person 4: You are right to say that.
Mysterious Person 2: (Looking at the person) Lord Seffron.
Lord Seffron: I am suprised that you would still be talking about it. But the time will come.
Mysterious Person 3: (Looking at Lord Seffron) ....
Lord Seffron: And onto a different matter (looking at the mysterious person), why did you use that card, Sasuke!?
Sasuke: (Looking slightly shocked) I was just playing the game as a test, Lord Seffron.
Lord Seffron: (Shouting) You could have endangered yourself by revealing the darkness as well as the Santuary of Light! I told you to not play it!
Sasuke: Well at least I lost [eventhough it was a test].
Lord Seffron: You could have won if you carried on. (Looking away) But let's discuss something else.
Sasuke: Right.
Lord Seffron: (Looking at the person and pointing at him/her) Sacrin.
Sacrin: (Taking his hood down) Yes, my lord?
Lord Seffron: (Taking his hand away) By now, Nero would have realised what's happening. I want you to find him and duel him.
Sacrin: (Grinning) With or without the Sanctuary of Light?
Lord Seffron: Without the magic. I don't want anything strange to happen just yet, especially with what has happened recently.
Sacrin: So you just want me to play with him until the time comes? (Smirking) I'll be happy to toy with him (giggles devilishly).
Lord Seffron: Then go. Remember, do not reveal anything that might put yourself in danger.
Sacrin: Will do, my Lord (Leaves the room).
(Somewhere in the city)
Nero: (Relieved) Glad that's over.
Emma: So you've just came out the hospital. Which reminds me, how is Christophe?
Nero: (Begins to remember) Oh yeah I forgot about him. He's still in the hospital. Our duel was intense.
Troy: (Looks at Emma) Emma, he was dangerous. Why do you care about him.
Emma: (Looking down while in Stevens direction) I was just wondering.
Nero: I don't think it was Christophe's fault. There was something strange about his deck.
Steven: And that explains what exactly?
Nero: From what he said, it seemed like he did not know what the consequences were. I doubt they were even his cards.
Sonya: (Coming to Nero) Emma, Nero..... Thanks for freeing me.
Emma: Well if I didn't use that card then we would have lost you forever.
Sonya: I know but... I wasn't in control... I was turned into darkness.
Nero: It's ok, Sonya. But you said that Typhion did this didn't you?
Sonya: (Looking at Nero and nods) Yes.
Nero: (Getting a little bit angry) Then we'll have to defeat him.
Marcus: It won't be easy, Nero.
Sonya: Typhion is a powerful duellist. I don't want anyone to lose their souls.
Nero: (Looking shocked) [Their souls?]
Troy: What do you mean, Sonya?
Sonya: (Looking slighty scared) ....
Troy: (Beginning to shout) Sonya what did you mean!?
Sonya: When you duel him... Your duelling with your life.
(Everyone except Marcus and Sonya get shocked at what Sonya said)
Marcus: (Looking saddened) It's true. It's like as if it's a game for him. We don't know anything about him or why he does this.
Nero: Well we'll have to duel against him.
Marcus: (Looking at Nero) We can't duel him, Nero. Well not yet.
Sonya: He's too powerful with his deck.
Troy: Well from seeing Nero's duels, he's defeated everyone.
Nero: That's right (taking his deck out of his duel disk and then looks at it) Without this deck, I was nearly useless. I could barely win any duels. I used to use a Fortune Lady deck that only gave me some wins.
Emma: (Looking at Nero and shocked) You used to use a Fortune Lady deck?
Nero: Yes and it was one with a good strategy. I made it so it would do a lot of effect damage.
Marcus: (Looking curious) And why didn't you win?
Nero: (Sighing but then looking a Marcus with a smirk) Because I couldn't concentrate sometimes. Eventhough I had cards to win duels, I couldn't concentrate. I also kept getting headaches.
Marcus: (Listening carefully) So you had a headache? Did you consult a doctor?
Nero: It wasn't natural. It was everytime I duelled against someone. When I got my Cold deck, the headaches went away and so did the feeling inside me.
Marcus: (Looking quite shocked) That is hard to believe. But...(Getting his deck)... I believe you.
Nero: But I suppose the headaches were due to something else. As for the feeling...
Marcus: (Closing his eyes and them opening them after a while) Nero, I need to have a duel with you.
Nero: Why?
Marcus: I need to see if I am capable of such a deck. After you duelled against me and defeated the darkness inside me, I thanked you for that and want to duel you again but without being controlled. Unless someone else is willing to do it instead.
(Someone comes while in a motorbike)
Mysterious Person: (Giggles) Well this is a nice group. Starting a duel, are we?
Nero: (Looking confused) Yes.
Emma: Who are you?
Troy: (Looking at the person) Who are you then?
Mysterious Voice: (Smirks) Well since your eager to know my name...(Stands on his motorbike and then jumps off it quite high and does a somersault in the air)... I'll tell you. My names Sacrin.
Marcus: [Sacrin? Who is he?]
Nero: Well it's nice of you to join our group, I think.
Sacrin: (Begins to walk) Im not here to join or do anything. But I would want to duel against you, Nero.
Nero: (Looking shocked) What? Why?
Sacrin: Nothing much. I just wanted to duel against someone.
Troy: [This person mysteriously knew we were here and he wants to duel against Nero? This is weird.]
Nero: (Getting into position and activating his duel disk after shuffling his deck and putting it in it) Ok then. Let's duel, Sacrin (smiling).
Sacrin: (Shuffling his deck and putting in into his duel disk and then activating it while smirking) Yes and good luck, Nero.

Sacrin: I'll go first (draws card). I'll first summon Banisher of the Radiance in attack postion (A round fairy that looks like ball appears on the field) (ATK 1600/DEF 0) And set one card down and end my turn.
Nero: (Draws Card) I summon Giant Cold Dreadnought in attack position (A fairly big figure of a man appears on the field) (ATK 1850/DEF 1550) and i'll attack your Banisher of the Radiance with it (Giant Cold Dreadnought attacks Banisher of the Radiance with it's hands as it make two fists).

Nero: And I end my turn.
Sacrin: My draw then (draws card) and I think i'll summon D.D. Survivor in attack position. (A human with a rigged ripped cloak appears on the field) (ATK 1800/DEF 200) and set one card down (a card appears on the field face down in the spell and trap card zone).
Nero: [Another face down card? I wonder what he's doing] I draw (drraws card) and i'll summon Heinous, the Beautiful Cold Whisperer (A woman with a blue gown and ribbons ovver her arms and a spiritual whisper appears on the field) (ATK 1400/DEF 1300).
Sacrin: (Looking suprised and smirking a little bit) That card isn't a cold monster. And neither was it made.
Nero: (Also smirking) I only just resently made this card after the tournament. And i'll demonstrate her effect.
Sacrin: Really??
Nero: Yes. When Heinous is summoned, by sending two of the top cards of my deck to the graveyard...(sends the top two cards to the graveyard)... I can destroy one spell or trap card on your side of the field so i'll destroy the last card you set! (Heinous goes into a fighting stance pose with her hands out and the bracelets round her wrists begin to glow. A sudden gust of wing appears and the face down card that Sacrin set is destroyed).
Sacrin: It was only a face down Macro Cosmos. It doesn't matter.
Nero: Also i'll activate her other effect.
Sacrin: Which is....?
Nero: If I sent a Cold monster to the graveyard by her effect, which I did, I can discard one card to special summon a level four or lower Cold monster from my deck. So i'll discard this card and special summon Ice Cold Dragon (Heinous holds her whistle and begins to play it to instantaneously summon Ice Cold Dragon using spiritual energy) (ATK 900/DEF 1900). Now i'll activate Ice Cold Dragons effect and send the top card of my deck to the graveyard in order to special summon a level four or lower Cold monster so i'll Divine Cold Warrior (The monster appears on teh field) (ATK 1700/DEF 1000)

Sacrin: You've got a good line of monsters but will that be enough (giggles)?
Nero: Let's see. I'll attack your D.D. Survivor with Giant Cold Dreadnought (Dreadnought goes to attack D.D. Survivor with it's powerful fists).
Sacrin: I'll activate my other Macro Cosmos (a card flips face up facing Nero while D.D. Survivor gets destroyed)

Nero: Now i'll attack you with my other monsters (Ice Cold Dragon, Heinous and Divine Cold Soldier attack Sacrin while he is defenceless and dealing a lot of damage)

NERO - 8000 - 3700 - SACRIN|
Nero: And now I end my turn.
Sacrin: (Putting his arm down) That was impressive, Nero, but now i'll special summon D.D. Suvivor since it was removed from play (D.D. Survivor materiallises on the field again) (Draws card) I'll activate Upstart Goblin whcih makes me draw one card and gives you 1000 life points.
(Nero - 9000)
Sacrin: (Draws another card) I'll do the same again, I activate Upstart Goblin (draws another card).
(Nero - 10000)
Nero: (Looking confused) Why are you giving me life points?
Sacrin: Just think of it as hospitality, Nero. But i'll set two cards and end my turn.
Nero: I draw (draws card) and i'll activate Lightning Vortex which lets me discard one card to destroys all face up cards on your side of the field. (Clouds begin to emerge and there's a sound of thunder. The thunder continues as it gets louder. And then there's a lightning strike that comes to to D.D. Survivor and destroying it).
Sacrin: (Does a slight snigger).
Nero: Now i'll attack you directly with Divine Cold Warrior (Divine Cold Warrior draws the sword out quickly as it then runs up to Sacrin and attacks him with a swipe).
(NERO - 10000 - 2000 - SACRIN)
Nero: And i'll attack you directly with Cold Ice Dragon.
Sacrin: (Quickly interrupts) I'll activate my face down card (a card flips face up facing Nero) Mirror Force.
Nero: What? No.
(Mirror Force deflects Cold Ice Dragons attack and destroys all of Neros monsters)
Nero: I'll set one card and end my turn (a card appears face down).
Sacrin: You won't be able to use that card (draws card). And since I can't win, i'll activate my final trap card (a card flips face up facing Nero) Self-Destruct Button!
Nero: So that's why you gave me life points.
Sacrin: Correct. I can only activate this card if the difference in life points is 7000 and if my life points are lower than yours. Now the duel results in a draw.
(NERO - 0 - 0 - SACRIN)
Sacrin: Well, good duel, Nero. I'm impressed with your skills. (Smiling) No wonder the Cold monsters are the best.
Nero: Thank you, Sacrin. But it was a draw because of your trap card.
Sacrin: (Walks toward his motorbike) It was a good duel. I'll look forward to duelling you again (Goes onto his motorbike). And and here's a card for you (throws a card to Nero using his fingers but it moves downwards going to the ground but Nero catches it). You might make use of that card but now... Bye. [until next time] (Sacrin the rides his motorbike and disappears).
Emma: So the duel was a draw?
Troy: What did he give you?
Nero: (Turns the card over and looks at it) It's a Sanctuary in the Sky card.
Emma: I wonder why he gave you that.
Nero: I don't know. I don't really need it (then discovers something). Sonya, you use a fairy deck, don't you?
Sonya: (Looking at Nero) Yes.
Nero: I'll give you the card (walks towards Sonya and gives it to her). You'll need it.
Sonya: (Looking happy) Oh thank you, Nero!
(In an area)
Natalia: (Somewhere near the duelling arena) Hello? Cyler, Amanda, Suzuki, are you here? (Starts to get bored) Why did you play hide and seek without me?
(Somewhere else in the building)
Suzuki: (Begins to work quickly) Ahhh!
Cyler: What's wrong?
Suzuki: I'm trying to upload data but there's too much. I do not have much time left and I am rushing!
Cyler: (Looks at Suzuki) Just do some of your work now and do the rest tomorrow. That's if you want free time. You've been doing this since the tournament ended. What's wrong?
Suzuki: Nothing much, there just hasn't been any duels lately and I can't find anyone to duel.
Cyler: Go and find Natalia then. I am certain that you might want a duel, considering that she is bored.
Suzuki: Yes but where is she?
Cyler: (Thinking about what to say) Somewhere. But if your being too LOUD in your work then can you try to be quiet? I'm trying to sort something out on the computer.
Suzuki: Ok i'll go outside for a while.
(Near the duel arena)
Natalia: [I'm hungry now. Where is everyone?] (Natalia then see someone and the other side of the arena). Hello? Who's there?
Mysterious Voice: (turns around) No-one, expect myself.
Natalia: (Screams quite loud).
(In the control room)
Computerised Security: INTRUDER ALERT, INTRUDER ALERT, INTRUDER ALERT....
Suzuki: I heard someone scream. Could that have been Natalia?
Cyler: (Looks at the computer for all cameras) I'll have a look. But with the security on, I don't see why there are intruders (looks at the camera in the duel arena).
Suzuki: There she is!
Cyler: And there's the intruder, let's go (they both exit the room)!
(Near the duel arena)
(Both Suzuki and Cyler enter the room)
Suzuki: Natalia!
Mysterious Voice: Hmm...
Cyler: Who are you?
Mysterious Voice: Something or someone that shouldn't be mentioned (begins to run away).
Cyler: Why are you running away? (Begins to run after the person)
Suzuki: Natalia, stay here until I come back.
Natalia: Ok, Suzuki.
Suzuki: (Runs to Cyler).
(All of them eventually stop to a room that only has one entrance)
Cyler: Now why are you here?
Mysterious Voice: You still don't know, do you?
Cyler: (Looking confused) About what?
Mysterious Voice: (Turns around, facing Cyler and Suzuki) You are both researchers, correct?
Cyler: Yes, why do you want to know?
Mysterious Voice: Because I know you find useful informations regarding to different clans and parts of hysterical nature but apart from that, you shouldn't carry on.
Cyler: Why shouldn't we? It is our job to do that.
Mysterious Voice: Well since that reason isn't that good...(starts to fade)... you should just end it, before you reveal something that should be hidden. Especially with my work. (The person then disappears completely).
Suzuki: (Looking shocked) What the heck? What that person a mirage?
Cyler: I don't know what that was about but I think we should just forget about it.
(Suddenly, there's an explosion in the control room)
Cyler: WHAT?!?! WHO DID THAT?
Suzuki: Was it a malfunction?
Mysterious Voice: (There's a sudden voice from somewhere) I've detonated your computers during my visit here. Now you cannot harm anyone from any information you discover, nor would you find any specfic information that should be left alone. If you wish and dare to find me, then i'll be in the Forgotten Shrine, but I forbid you from coming to that place. But if you insist and you manage to get any of your computers working, you might find it's location.
