A/N: Seeing as I don't know how long I'll be with my next new series, I'll be placing up the first chapter of my Special Edition series, and keep going with that every week until I'm ready to present Isle Of Torguna on here. So please enjoy this
Welcome to New Domino City, 45 years after the Arc Cradle nearly wiped out the city in order of claiming it will save the future by the sole words of Z-One. But thanks to the signers and especially Yusei Fudo, New Domino City was saved from the tragic event. Ever since that faithful day, the citizens of the city have approached the future following the correct path. However, since the passing of the age of the heroic signers, our attention moves to a new heroic duelist, one who’s passion about dueling and duel runners matches that of Yusei Fudo. This is his moment to shine, taking duels to the next level.
On the outskirts of New Domino City, on the mountain pass, a distant sound of two engines begins to close in on our current view. Two sets of lights are seen passing through the corners at high speed as the engines get louder by each passing second, along with the sounds of squealing tires. Without as much as a second, the two sets of the lights pass by with roaring engines and the squeal of two sets of tires at intense speed. Our view moves to the side of the mountain pass, revealing two Duel Runners, one of Red with Blue trim while the other is that of Navy Blue and Black trim. The one on the Red and Blue Duel Runner flashes his lights at the one in front of him, indicating a challenge for a Turbo Duel.
Norman: (shouting across the Duel Runner in front of him) Will you accept my challenge, or do I intimidate you too much? (he grins slightly)
????: (he immediately shouts back across to the one behind him) I accept your challenge then, by the way, the name’s Darian McAllister
Norman: (grins some more) Alright then, bring it on!
Darian: (smiling keenly) Gladly! (he presses a button near the display on his Duel Runner) I activate the ''Speed World 2'' field spell!
Duel Runner: Duel Mode Engaged
Darian & Norman: (both looking determined) Turbo Duel, Acceleration!
The duel disks on the Duel Runners activate, engaging all dueling systems on them. The life points and Speed Counter meters are then shown on the head up display.
[Darian (SPC - 0)/4000 - 4000/(SPC - 0) Norman]
Norman: It's my turn first! (he draws one card from his deck) And my first move will be summoning Jurrac Stauriko in defense mode! (he places the card onto his Duel Runner's duel disk)
Upon placing the card onto the duel disk, a blue ring appears along side of Norman's Duel Runner before Jurrac Stauriko appears onto the field from within the ring. It then turns completely blue to represent it being defense mode; its stats are then revealed.

Norman: (he picks another card from his hand) I'll place this little number down (he places into a slot on his duel disk) and bring my turn to a close!
A card temporarily appears at the side of Norman's Duel Runner before quickly vanishing on the spot.
Norman: (he begins to grin confidently) Now let's see what you can pull off kid!
Darian: (seeming confident) Very well then, let's do this! (he prepares to draw a card from his deck) It's my turn!
Episode 1 / Acceleration! - Darian At Full Speed: Part 1
Darian: I draw! (he draws one card from the top of his deck)
After Darian draws his card from his deck, both duelists Speed Counter meters increase by one during the standby phase.
[Darian (SPC - 1)/4000 - 4000/(SPC - 1) Norman]
Darian: (he picks a card from his hand) For this turn, I'm summoning out Ancient Gear Solider in attack mode! (he places the card onto his duel disk)
Suddenly a blue ring appears onto the left hand side of Darian's Duel Runner, then out of the ring, Ancient Gear Solider emerges onto his field, ready to battle. Its stats are then shown.
[Ancient Gear Solider/Lv4/EARTH/ATK 1300 - DEF 1300/Machine-Effect]
Darian: (he thrusts his whole hand forward, before moving it to the side of his Duel Runner) Now Ancient Gear Solider, attack his Jurrac Stauriko with Gatling Blaster!
Without hesitation, Ancient Gear Solider turns around and lifts up its weapon attached to its right arm and begins to fire one bullet after another after each shot from its high speed gatling gun. Thousands of shots strike Jurrac Stauriko before its inevitable destruction, leaving only shards of light behind in its wake.
Norman: (he continues to grin) A nice try there, but my Jurrac Stauriko has an ability that activates upon its demise, allowing me to Special Summon two ''Jurrac Tokens'' in its place!
Two blue rings appear either side of Norman's Duel Runner before two dinosaur eggs on fire appear onto the field in defense position.

Darian: (he picks two cards from his hand) I'll place these two cards face-down (he places them into a slot each in his duel disk) and end my turn there!
Two cards appear on either side of Darian's Duel Runner before disappearing again.
Norman: Alright, I draw! (he draws a card from the top of his deck)
[Darian (SPC - 2)/4000 - 4000/(SPC - 2) Norman]
Norman: (seeming confident) Remember my Jurrac tokens, kid?
Darian: How can I forget, they're bright enough.
Norman: Joke around as you can kid, because they are about to hatch out an even stronger monster than before! (he picks a card from his hand) I'm sacrificing my tokens to summon my Jurrac Tyrannus out in attack mode! (he places the card onto his duel disk)
Both of the Jurrac Tokens on Norman's field move together to form a rainbow colored ring, which in turn brings out Jurrac Tyrannus in front of Norman's Duel Runner, releasing a Jurassic roar. Its stats are then shown.

Darian: That's one impressive dinosaur you have there, but there's a reason why they are extinct!
Norman: (smiling slightly) Unfortunately for you, this one isn't! (he thrusts his hand forward) Now Jurrac Tyrannus, attack his Ancient Gear Solider with Volcanic Blaze!
Jurrac Tyrannus immediately opens up its jaws before firing a huge burst of flames across the ground until it reaches Ancient Gear Solider, engulfing it flames before destroying it into many pieces. In turn, the flames cause damage to Darian's life points from the battle.
[Darian (SPC - 2)/2800 (- 1200) - 4000/(SPC - 2) Norman]
Norman: Now the ability of my Jurrac Tyrannus activates! Because when he destroys an opponent's monster by battle, he gains an additional 300 attack points!

Norman: And with that, my turn comes to a close! Your move now kid!
Darian: I draw! (he draws one card from the top of his deck)

Darian: (he continues to hold his drawn card in his hand) From my hand, I'm summoning Ancient Gear Defender in defense mode! (he slams the card onto his duel disk)
A blue ring appears on the right hand side of Darian's Duel Runner as a monster that is similar to Ancient Gear Solider but with a massive rusted gear acting like a shield appears onto his field. It then turns blue instead of its normal color to represent it's in defense position before its stats are shown.
[Ancient Gear Defender/Lv4/EARTH/ATK 200 - DEF 1900/Machine-Tuner]
Darian: With that, I end my turn!
Norman: (chuckling slightly) If you think that move will do you good, then you are sadly mistaken, kid!
Darian: Just make your move!
Norman: Very well, I shall, I draw! (he draws one card from the top of his deck)
[Darian (SPC - 4)/2800 - 4000/(SPC - 4) Norman]
Norman: Now since our Speed Counters are 4, I can activate this little Speed Spell! (he picks a card from his hand) One known as Speed Spell - Summon Speeder! (he places the card into his duel disk's slot as a projection of the card appears on the field) Now due to my card's effect, I can Special Summon a Level 4 or below monster from my hand, directly to the field! (he picks a card from his hand) Come forth Jurrac Velo! (he places the card onto his duel disk)
A blue ring appears a side of Norman's Duel Runner, then Jurrac Velo appears onto his field as it lets out a roar. Its stats are then shown.
[Jurrac Velo/Lv4/FIRE/ATK 1700 - DEF 1000/Dinosaur-Effect]
Norman: (he picks yet another card from his hand) Next I summon Jurrac Monoloph to the field in attack mode! (he places his card onto his duel disk)
Another blue ring appears onto Norman's side of the field, allowing his monster to emerge from within it onto his field. Its stats are then revealed.

Darian: (his eyes widen slightly) A Tuner monster?!
Norman: (he begins to smile confidently) Exactly right kid! And he's about to give my monster a big upgrade! (he thrusts his hand forward) I'm tuning my Level 4 Jurrac Velo with my Level 3 Jurrac Monoloph!
Upon the words spoken by Norman, Jurrac Monoloph gives off a mighty roar before its body dissolves into nothing, leaving behind three bright stars that quickly change into three green rings above Norman's Duel Runner.
Norman: Beings of Earth's ancient past, invoke the flames of the fallen star.
As the three green rings line up, Jurrac Velo jumps up into the air in between the rings, as it does so, its body begins to dissolve as four bright stars are revealed in its outlined body.
Norman: (he thrusts his hand up into the air) Enter this world and reveal your almighty reign!
The four bright stars from inside Jurrac Velo's body then line up one after another as the outlined body disappears completely. The bright stars then extend into a bright line before extending its width, engulfing the three green rings.
Norman: SYNCHRO SUMMON! (he lowers his risen hand until it is thrusted for words) Roar, Jurrac Giganoto!
As the light begins to disperse, a new monster replaces that of the former two monsters that formed it. Its stats are them revealed.

Norman: (smiling confidently) Now that my Jurrac Giganoto is out, his special ability will make my monsters invincible!
Darian: How so?
Norman: Because for every ''Jurrac'' monster in my graveyard, the attack points of all ''Jurrac'' monsters I control increase by 200 points apiece! And with three at ready resting in there, Jurrac Giganoto's and Jurrac Tyrannus's attack points increase by 600!
Darian: (his eyes open wider) What?!
[Jurrac Giganoto/Lv7/FIRE/ATK 2700 (+ 600) - DEF 1800/Dinosaur-Synchro-Effect]
[Jurrac Tyrannus/Lv7/FIRE/ATK 3400 (+ 600) - DEF 1400/Dinosaur-Effect]
Norman: (he then thrusts his hand forward) Now Jurrac Giganoto, attack his Ancient Gear Defender with Meteor Stream!
Upon the announcement of Norman's attack, Jurrac Giganoto opens up its jaws as a fire begins to rage around it. It then opens its jaws much wider, creating a construct of small meteorites before eventually releasing them towards Ancient Gear Defender, striking it continuously until its destruction was realized.
Darian: Even though my Ancient Gear was destroyed, he doesn't leave me empty handed!
Norman: (his right eye rises up a little) What's that supposed to mean?
Darian: (a card pops out of his deck) Because I can now add one ''Ancient Gear'' monster from my deck to my hand! (he pulls the card out of his deck) And the one I select is Ancient Gear Gadjiltron Dragon! (he adds the card to his hand)
Norman: (smiling confidently) What a pity it is that you'll never be able to use it in this duel! (he thrusts his hand forward once more) End this duel now, Jurrac Tyrannus! Volcanic Blaze!
Jurrac Tyrannus opens up its jaws without any hesitation and releases a stream of flames towards Darian's side of the field.
Darian: (he thrusts his hand to the side) Not so fast, I activate my face-down card, Ancient Gear Barrier! (it flips face up, activating) This card can be activated on the turn an ''Ancient Gear'' monster is destroyed in battle, then I can negate all the damage from one attack!
A barrier conducted of many rusted gears appears in front of the attack, deflecting it away from Darian and his life points.
Norman: (gritting his teeth a little) Lucky break, kid! I'll end my turn!
Darian: Alright then, my turn! (he draws one card from his deck)
[Darian (SPC - 5)/2800 - 4000/(SPC - 5) Norman]
Darian: (begins to smile confidently) Now it's time to bring out the big guns.
Norman: And how are you supposed to do that with no monsters?
Darian: By playing this! (he thrusts his hand forward) The trap card, Gear Renewal! (it flips face-up, activating) Thanks to this card, by giving up 1000 of my own life points, I can remove ''Ancient Gear'' monsters in my graveyard from play as required tributes for an ''Ancient Gear'' monster in my hand!
[Darian (SPC - 5)/1800 (- 1000) - 4000/(SPC - 5) Norman]
Darian: (two cards eject from his graveyard as he holds a card in his right hand) Now let's go, Ancient Gear Gadjiltron Dragon! (he places the card onto his duel disk)
A blue ring appears onto the right side of Darian's Duel Runner, then Ancient Gear Gadjiltron Dragon appears onto his field with a metallic roar. Its stats are then shown.

Norman: (his eyes widen a little) This is something I can't believe! That trap card can't do that!
Darian: Unfortunately for you, it can! (he thrusts his hand to the right) Now my monster will attack your Jurrac Giganoto with Metallic Blaze!
Ancient Gear Gadjiltron Dragon immediately turns around until it has Jurrac Giganoto in its slight, the rusted jaws open up as two pipes expelling lethal gases activate, before a small blow torch in the roof of its mouth sets alright. It then forces out the gas faster, allowing a huge to erect outwards and towards Norman's monster, engulfing it in flames and eventually destroying it without an issue.
Norman: (lowering his head slightly from the receiving damage) Darn it!
[Darian (SPC - 5)/1800 - (- 300) 3700/(SPC - 5) Norman]
[Jurrac Tyrannus/Lv7/FIRE/ATK 2800 (- 600) - DEF 1400/Dinosaur-Effect]
Norman: (he thrusts his hand forward) I activate my face-down card, Rising Star! (it appears face-up, activating) This card can be activated when a Synchro monster I control is destroyed in battle during my opponent's turn! (a card ejects from his graveyard) Now I can resurrect a Tuner monster that was used as the Synchro monster's Synchro material! (he pulls the card out of his graveyard and slams it onto his duel disk) Rise up again, Jurrac Monoloph!
A blue ring appears alongside of Norman's Duel Runner, as Jurrac Monoloph appears out of it and back onto the field.
[Jurrac Monoloph/Lv3/FIRE/ATK 1500 - DEF 1200/Dinosaur-Effect]
Darian: (he picks a card from his hand) I'll place one card face-down (he slides the card into his duel disk) And then I'll end my turn!
A card appears face-down on Darian's side of the field, before vanishing in mere seconds.
Norman: Over to me then, I draw! (he draws one card from his deck)
[Darian (SPC - 6)/1800 - 3700/(SPC - 6) Norman]
Norman: (he thrusts his hands slightly to the right) Since my Jurrac Giganoto isn't out, my Jurrac Tyrannus is currently outmatched by your Ancient Gear monster, but not for long!
Darian: What's that supposed to mean?
Norman: What it means is I'm going to activate my Tyrannus's other special ability! And by doing so, I can tribute one Dinosaur-Type monster on my side of the field to permanently increase the attack of Tyrannus by 500 points!
Jurrac Monoloph suddenly shatters into pieces, they can scatter onto Jurrac Tyrannus, increasing its attack power.

Darian: (his eyes widen slightly) What?!
Norman: (he smiles confidently) Time to destroy your Ancient pile of scrap (he thrusts his hand forward) Jurrac Tyrannus, attack his monster with volcanic Blaze!
Jurrac Tyrannus without hesitation releases a massive stream of intense flames towards Ancient Gear Gadjiltron Dragon, engulfing it completely, eventually disintegrating it into nothing.
Darian: (gritting his teeth a little) Darn it!
[Darian (SPC - 6)/1500 (- 300) - 3700/(SPC - 6) Norman]
Norman: (he picks two cards from his hand) I'll place two cards face-down (he places two cards into his duel disk) And end my turn there!
Two cards appears face-down on Norman's field before vanishing from sight in seconds.
Darian: (we enter his thoughts) So far he's outmatched every one of my moves I've played, and if this continues, I'm going to lose (he looks towards his deck) If I don't get anything on this next draw, I'm certainly finished (he places his index and middle fingers onto his deck with his thumb slightly underneath) Come on deck, give me something good! (we exit his thoughts) It's my turn! (he draws one card from his deck)
[Darian (SPC - 7)/1500 - 3700/(SPC - 7) Norman]
Darian: (he looks at the card he has drawn) Perfect! (he holds the card ready) Now from my hand, I summon Ancient Gear Hawk in defense mode! (he places his drawn card onto his duel disk)
A blue ring appears onto the left hand side of Darian's Duel Runner as an Ancient Gear monster that has the frame and body of a hawk appears onto the field. It then turns blue, before its stats are shown.
[Ancient Gear Hawk/Lv2/EARTH/ATK 300 - DEF 300/Machine-Tuner]
Darian: With that, I end my turn there!
Norman: (he continues to look confident) Ha! You really think that is enough to stop my unstoppable monsters? Don't make me laugh!
Darian: (he turns his head slightly to the right) My monsters are more than enough to hold their own against yours!
Norman: We'll see about that! My turn! (he draws one card from his deck)
[Darian (SPC - Eight)/1500 - 3700/(SPC - Eight)Norman]
Norman: Time to end this kid! (he thrusts his hand to the right hand side) I activate my face-down card, Call Of The Haunted! (it flips face-up, activating) This card allows me to resurrect a monster that has fallen victim to death (he thrusts his hand forward) So revive, Jurrac Giganoto!
A blue ring appears onto the left hand side of Norman's Duel Runner, then Jurrac Giganoto emerges from within it back onto the field.

Norman: Now with Jurrac Giganoto back on the field, the end is nigh!
Darian: (clenching his fist around the Duel Runner handle) Not if I can help it! (he then thrusts his hand to the right) I activate the trap card, Bottomless Trap Hole! (it flips face-up, activating) Now your Jurrac Giganoto is no more!
Norman: Or so you think! I activate my face-down card, Meteor Impact! (it flips face-up, activating) Now when a card effect of yours tries to destroy a ''Jurrac'' monster I control, I can negate that card and destroy it!
Darian: (his eyes widen) What?!
Small meteorites emerge from the trap card, flying towards Darian's trap card, shattering it into pieces.
Norman: (he once again thrusts his hand forward) Now with Jurrac Giganoto back on the field, he increases the attack power of all ''Jurrac'' monsters on the field by the number of ''Jurrac'' monsters in my graveyard x 200!

Norman: It's over kid! (he points towards Darian's field) Jurrac Giganoto, attack his last remaining defense with Meteor Stream!
Immediately, Jurrac Giganoto fires small meteorites towards Darian's monster, which are about to make contact with Ancient Gear Hawk.
Darian: (he thrusts his hand to the right) I still have another defense set up! I activate the second effect of my Ancient Gear Barrier trap card! (a projection of the trap card appears onto the field) Now once I discard an ''Ancient Gear'' monster from my hand (he picks a card from his hand and deposits it into his graveyard) I can save Ancient Gear Hawk from this battle by removing from play my trap card!
A huge barrier erects in front of Ancient Gear Hawk, deflecting Jurrac Giganoto's attack away, ending its assault there and then.
Norman: Fine then, I'll have Jurrac Tyrannus finish where Jurrac Giganoto left off! Volcanic Burst!
Jurrac Tyrannus opens its mouth, instantly firing a massive stream of flames towards Ancient Gear Hawk, engulfing it intense heat, eventually destroying it.
Darian: (smiling confidently) Now since you destroyed Ancient Gear Hawk as a result of battle, I can use his Special Ability to add one ''Recycle Fusion'' from my deck to my hand (a card pops out of his deck) So thanks for your help (he then pulls the card out of his deck and adds it to his hand)
Norman: You got lucky this turn, but next turn will be your last! I end my turn!
Darian: Then it's my move! (he draws one card from his deck)
[Darian (SPC - 9)/1500 - 3700/(SPC - 9) Norman]
Darian: (we enter his thoughts as he grins confidently) Time to end this duel (we exit his thoughts as he picks a card from his hand) From my hand, I'm activating the Speed Spell - Recycle Fusion! (he throws the card into his duel disk, then it appears face-up, activating) This Speed Spell can be activated when I have 8 or more Speed Counters! And now I can select Machine-Type monsters listed on a Machine-Type Fusion monster in my extra deck and remove them from play, then Fusion Summon that monster in my extra deck onto the field!
Norman: (his eyes suddenly widen open) Say what?!
Darian: So I'll remove from play Ancient Gear Hawk, Ancient Gear Gadjiltron Dragon and Ancient Gear Golem! (the cards eject out of his graveyard slowly) To fusion summon Ultimate Ancient Gear Golem! (he places the card onto his duel disk)
A massive blue ring appears onto the right side of Darian's Duel Runner, then Ultimate Ancient Gear Golem emerges from within it onto the field, kicking its right legs into the air. Its stats are then shown.

Norman: (seeming shocked) What?! 4400 attack points!
Darian: Not for long it won't be! (he picks a card from his hand) Because I'm activating the Speed Spell - Final Attack card! (he slides it into his duel disk, it then appears face-up, activating) This Speed Spell can only be activated when I have 5 or more Speed Counters! And once I remove 2 of them, my Ultimate Ancient Gear Golem's attack power will double!
Norman: (looking even more shocked) You're kidding me?!
[Darian (SPC - 7 (-2) /1500 - 3700/(SPC - 9) Norman]
[Ultimate Ancient Gear Golem/Lv10/EARTH/ATK 8800 (+ 4400) - DEF 3400/Machine-Fusion-Effect]
Norman: Impossible!
Darian smirks slightly before performing a 180 degree turn so that he is facing towards Norman, he then thrusts his hand forward.
Darian: Ultimate Ancient Gear Golem, attack his Jurrac Giganoto with Ultimate Mechanized Melee!
Ultimate Ancient Gear Golem begins to gallop forward towards Norman's side of the field while pulling its arm back. As soon as it's in range of Jurrac Giganoto, it thrusts its arm towards it, striking it hard upon contact, shattering Norman's monster into pieces and causing much damage to Norman's life points.
Norman: (lowering his head slightly) Argh!!!
[Darian (SPC - 7) /1500 - (- 6100) 0/(SPC - 9) Norman]
A huge X appears on the display of Norman's Duel Runner before a few panels open up on the front end of his Duel Runner, releasing compressed gas which in turn slows down his Duel Runner to a near to a near complete stop. Darian then does yet another 180 degree turn to return to the right direction in what he was going. As Darian continues to ride through the mountain pass, the sun begins to rise, revealing a glorious orange sky in the background as it begins to illuminate the mountain pass. After a matter of moments, Darian comes to a full stop on one of the laybys on the mountain pass, which appears to be overlooking the city of New Domino.
Darian steps off of his Duel Runner before taking off his helmet and revealing his whole face for the first time. Revealing that he is a young male of 23 years of age with styled up short blonde hair, deep blue eyes, tanned skin and seemed to be 6 foot tall. His clothing attire appeared to be a white vest underneath a black leather jacket, black leather trousers with dark silver knee pads on the outside and black leather biker boots. As he stares towards the city as the sunrise illuminates the buildings in a warm glow, he gives a proud smile as the wind blows his hair a little.
Darian: (we enter his thoughts as he holds his helmet under his right arm) Home sweet home (he smiles a little more) It's been a long time (we exit his thoughts)
