So after playing around with Chaos Ninjas for a bit, a thought occurred to me. I noticed that the standard build runs a good amount of continuous traps. I also noticed that it ran a Sangan alongside Card Trooper. I then remembered how Sangan and Card Trooper could be used to net a +1 from Call if Call was somehow destroyed. Then I remembered how there was a card called Limit Reverse that mimicked the effect of Call, only for Monsters with 1000 or less ATK. Then I remembered that there's a card called Magic Planter that allowed me to Tribute a face-up Continuous Trap card to draw 2 for shenanigans abound. So after about half an hour of messing around with card choices, I came up with this:

The Piper in the deck makes me think you should run at least one Kinka-Byo for piper abuse, as everything like the limit reverses seem to fit more with trooper. It's a dark and it can be searched by sangan.

White dragon ninja also looks like a good tech in this because you run more traps than spells + it's a light.

White Dragon Ninja is too inconsistent, can't special summon itself, and it's never a desirable target. So what if they banish 1 of my 3 Lightpulsars by blowing up my Ninjitsu trap? Big deal. Kinka-Byo was considered, but it wasn't really worth it. Piper was the only other viable Limit Reverse target I could find aside from Trooper and the occasional Golden Ninja. This deck isn't meant to be purely competitive, by the way, it's just something I was messing around with.

Even I could tell this was a fun deck, lol. BTW I like the Debris dragon in there, can combo with Upstart Golden and make a Rank 4
