threw it together a day before and I've quite a bit of success, especially against randoms. wondering what more I can do with it

I can't examine it atm, I gtg, but you can take a look at my Chaos Dragons deck if you like. It's still in development but runs well and has largely been a great hit.

For the most part, it looks like a standard Chaos Dragon deck. I would do the following:

-That divine dragon thing (the red one) - I don't know its name so I assume it's bad
-DDR (I don't like it in here)
-BTH (to be honest, your traps seem quite random)
-Mirror Force

+2 Mystical Space Typhoon (backrow is your main problem, you need more)
+1 Foolish Burial
+1 Eclipse Wyvern (2 is usually better - open up odds of milling it)

Extra
-Dark End Dragon
-Red Dragon Archfiend (it's bad)
-1 Leviair

+Temtempo (because cards like Zenmaines are mean)
+Atum
+Gaia Dragon

Side

My side usually consists of hand traps because hand traps love me.

-EVERYTHING except the Decree

+2 Decree
+2 Rivalry of Warlords (you will NEED this)
+2 Dust Tornado (because backrow needs more hate)
+1 System Down (Geargias are sort of annoying)
+2 Maxx C
+3 Gemini Imps (DWs are mean... looking at your hand like that)
+2 cards that counter the deck you hate so much

BTW... randoms for the most part suck... really suck...

Adding Hieratic Dragon King of Atum and Gaia Dragon in your extra deck instead some synchros or this second leviair would be nice, and then you could replace Adreus with Volcasaurus, since he will kill the opponent AND deal damage, and then you could still overlay Gaia Dragon on it and attack, Atum to be honest is just way to usefull in Chaos Dragons to be forgotten, having 3 MST will sure help more than droping some traps here and there, because due to the lack of trap in any chaos dragons deck, your opponent will mostly likely have his MST's on his hand, just waiting you set a card to use it, since they don't have anything else to do with it, just leave they with their dead draw mst then, backrow can hurt Chaos Dragons way too much.

About the side, I'd change basically every card on it, just some ideas: Maxx "C", System Down, Mind Crush, Deck Devastation Virus, Malevolent Catastrphe and Dust Tornado.
