These suggestions are all based on what I see; I have no idea how you plan on running your deck so I'm going to make suggestions based on how I would run it. A statement of how your deck is supposed to run would be helpful.

To me, it seems the deck focuses on Scrap Chimera plays. I would think Lumina wouldn't be too helpful in this deck. More Rykos would be preferred as the LS portion of the deck is primarily acting as a milling engine. Card Trooper would be a good option in the main as well. A third Scrapstorm and MSTs would help a lot, probably over the Reincarnation and Scrap Golem. I would also drop one of the Solar Recharges. With Luminas gone, drop the Honest. It sounds weird, but your only LIGHTs would be Lyla, which switches itself to defense, and Ryko, which you set.

Extra could use some work. The second Queen Dragun should be dropped since I don't see you going into it often enough to justify a second - your main route to this would be with Scrap Chimera, but you'd probably be going into Scrap D anyways. Atomic Scrap and Scrap Twin are not good; replace them with good rank 4s like Black Corn, Papillo, Maestroke, or Gagaga Gunman to widen your options. Not sure on how Ancient Fairy would do, so tell me how it's been working.

-2 Vanquishing Light (bad card)

+2 Gozen Match (your main plays are all EARTH-based)
+2 Effect Veiler
+2 Maxx C (hand traps are cool)
+1 Dust Tornado (extra backrow destruction)
+2 Overworked (for Fire Fists and Inzektors)

Not sure on Soul Drain, but if you can play with it, then keep it. It sort of negates your Scraps' recycling ability. If your main purpose for siding it isn't Mermails, Shadow-Imprisoning Mirror would be a better option.

The deck aims 2 mill and move into chimera plays asap, oftne i will be left with scrap dragon in grave, and either chimera or beast(when scrap is killed). I will use any of my other level 4s to go for queen to bring back scrap. (Honest,lyla and another scrap(depending on situation) Also got rai-oh for that but yeh most likely won't do it in that case).
With lumina at 3 made this paly very common, discard 1 for lyla. The lumina was mainly for popping.

Honest because theirs a high chance i would have lyla in attack mode, and lumina in attack mode. and i always have the option for to honest through something .

Whats with the strange looking art, of some of the cards? Must admit some look awesome.
Anyhow, i'm not too sure about Lightsworns being mixed with Scraps. What if you mill all your Chimeras? He's the building block for the Scraps, I would go for a more Scrap based Build with Grand Soil. If you haven't done so already and some continuous traps, to support the effects of the Scrap Dragons.
