Thoughts...
- Dino Rabbits are officially killed off with this list, goodie. Makes the game more diverse when building around Evolzar or Evilswarm Xyz. This means no more 1st Turn Laggia's or Leviair Gimmicks.
- Dark Worlds took it to the knee hard, losing a card they needed to generate a huge advantage over their opponent, I personally believe Dragged Down should be banned though, so Mind Crush combos would be kept at a minimum.
- Six Sam heavy format this list provided at the cost of Gateway. I am really worried about this. Dropping two Shi En's... Everyone, get out your Chain Disappearances and Kinetic Warrior's.
- Plants got a boost it seems. Makes Dandylion and Spore Combos more viable with Lonefire Blossom back at 2. Does this mean Glow-Up Bulb will never come back?
- Zombies got a boost it appears, or Lightsworns at least. I personally lost all interest in Plaguespreader in any other potential build as it is usually a dead draw without Zombie Master being able to ditch it.
- Goyo Guardian at 1, and Solemn Warning at 1... What were they thinking if this is real!?
- The format seems to be slowed down with Book of Moon at 2 and what not being unlimited(Scape Goat), but only time will tell.

Other Notes...

I heard somewhere mention High Priestess of Prophecy would be limited, but that's up for an actual scan to be provided. Share your thoughts and opinions on this. Thanks.

Well they pretty much hit Wind-Ups and most of the new decks. Bringing back Plants (Lonefire at 2 isn't too bad) is also a nice move to keep the game interesting.

Doesn't look too bad to me. Hitting Diva is a pretty weird way to hit Mermails - I suppose they just wanted to get rid of the easy OTK route of Diva+Megalo. Dragged really deserves to be hit. Warning is really strange though - I usually only main 1. Don't know how double Plague will affect zombies...

I'm liking Chaos Plants with Wybuster and Collapserpent a lot more if this is confirmed. Goyo gave them an actual viable lv6 synchro along with that Vulcan. Still holding out on some other cards being hit... Divine Judgment...........

Remember - Gateway is banned in that list so triple Smoke Signal doesn't seem so bad anymore. I suppose it makes the Elder/Asceticism into Nat Beast or Shi En more viable though...

tsukuyomi at 3 would definitely be interesting. she was always one of my favorite monsters. might add a couple to my GK if she DOES become semi or unlimited.

Ophion is great a fine limit, it hits rabbits and evilswarm decks even more, due to it's easy summon and the fact that it can give u that annoying spell card...

Semi og limiting flashing carat dragon makes no sence at all... It's a random bad card, and noone uses it, and I doubt that anyone will in the future aswell, unless something drastics happens, that will make it the best card ever.. So I don't know why u keep talking about it (:

Em.... Boattack. First, I said the reason about Ophion is it's not a TCG again. I know how much it's strong, I understand this choice (personally, they should put it at 2 and rabbit 1), after all, synchro will come back, and that would suck Konami to see their precious new synchros killed by only 1 xyz monster.

Second, I never said to put Flashing Carat in the ban list. His TCG version is not even planified and has no reason to be limited or anything. I only said when I have do my research about Flashing Carat, my sources looked like true, but they wasn't, and so that's mean we shouldn't confirm these proofs about the ban list.
