I try to activate cocoon party several times in ygopro but it won't let me. There are times I have 4 neo-spacians in my graveyard and 4 crysalis in my deck and it still won't let me activate it. Someone please help.

There is nothing we can do to fix this issue. Make sure you're not missing timings and reading the card correctly!
When it comes to the actual program, we are powerless! Sorry!

Could be no room on your field - if you have 4 different Neo-Spacians in your Graveyard, you MUST Special Summon 4 Chrysalis mons. Replays would help solve your problem greatly.
